Light ans Sound Experiment

This afternoon LS 1 and Room 5 went to the reserve and did an experiment. We needed to put our hands up when we heard the clapper. We made a long line beside the water. Ms Kirkpatrick was at one end. When she clapped the sound travelled down the line. People put their hands up in a wave. We saw the clapper before we heard the sound because light travels faster than sound.
